My Upcoming Release... SHHHH

Didn't she just release a book? Well, yes. Yes I did. And here I am, about to publish my next one. I figured that if I want to establish myself as something, a few things need to happen. First, I need to be more than just good. I have the natural ability to write, but the only thing that helps a writer to become better is to never stop writing. So, that's exactly what I have been doing. Next, I need to brand myself as the type of writer I aspire to be. I have come to find that free-style poetry, short stories, and prose seem to be where my voice is in writing. For years I have spent so much time writing so many things, but giving up so easily after. Nothing I wrote felt right and I was so unhappy with my work. I also really struggled even wanting to continue writing at times and that is not something I wanted to pursue. So when I finally found my voice, I have not stopped since. Finally, I have to put myself out there as much as I can. Even though I feel incredibly annoying posting on every social platform about my book, I know this is what I need to do. This is what anyone who is trying to get themselves out there is trying to do.
